Gagan is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Permitech where he manages product management and design operations. Earlier he was a Partner at Wipro Digital Consulting where he delivered digital transformation, user experience redesign and organisational change projects for more than 8 clients, including Apple, Lloyds Banking Group, Shell, BT, Aviva, Vodafone, Starhub and Oneweb. Gagan also founded Gagan Malik Design, a human centred design consultancy, and delivered service design, UX design and research projects for clients like Google, Post Office, DXC technology, and John Lewis & Partners.

Prior to technology consulting, Gagan was a Product Manager at the Aviva Digital Garage he worked on MyAviva app , Aviva Drive and numerous other innovation projects.
